    Our last product named "CASE" is a database especially created for energetic evaluation of buildings. The database is rigorously organized based on specific criteria:

-          geographic criteria;

-          heating system of the building;

-          illuminating system type;

-          air conditioning system type.

Minimizing energy consumes is and will remain the policy of the inhabitants.

Main arguments for increasing energy efficiency of a building are:

-          living better means better illuminating, eyes protection, more comfort;

-          reducing NOx pollution;

-          increasing energy efficiency will lead in economic profit;

-          market competitively;

-          increasing building security;

-          creating many new jobs;

After analyzing many parameters and after a rigorous analysis of the final results obtained using our last product "CASE" for the conditions now existing in Romania we can conclude:

*     a relevant influence on energetic consume in a building has the illuminating system of the building (four times more energy is consumed if the illuminating system is old and uses incandescent lamps with no automations system);

*     air conditioning systems type do not have an important role in increasing energy consume in a building (the energetic consume is about the same in case of using a global system of air conditioning or a local system);

*     the heating system of the building has a relevant influence on energy consume so we cam make an economically list of heating systems and methods considering the energy consume:

-    wall and floor heating system (the most economic system);

-    apartment heating system;

-    renewable and alternative sources heating systems;

-    natural gas heating systems;

-    heating systems with thermal agent supplied by district heating networks;

*     we can notice that the total energetic expenses are almost the same in all climacteric regions of Romania in the most inefficient case (heating systems with thermal agent supplied by district heating networks, old  illuminating system, old  air conditioning systems type), total energetic expenses are about 1100 $/year. If we use the most economic systems (wall and floor heating system, new air conditioning systems type, automatic illuminating systems) the total energetic expenses will be reduced at about 600-700 $/year;
